Before Electronic Signatures: Mountains of Paper and Endless Waiting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Until recently, everyday life for many Lithuanian businesses looked like this: each contract or document turned into physical sheets that had to be printed, signed by hand, delivered to a manager, and then sent to partners by mail or courier. Accountants, administrators, and managers spent significant amounts of their time not on strategic tasks, but on routines \u2013 printing, signing, sending documents, and chasing colleagues and partners for signatures. A single missing signature or a person away on a business trip could halt the entire process. Signing documents could take weeks rather than days, resulting in missed opportunities and additional stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
