For existing ZebraSign users – Smooth transition, added benefits

• No disruption until December 31, 2025. All current MINI plan users can continue using their existing features without additional fees or changes until the end of 2025.
• Validity of purchased signatures. All one-time signatures purchased under the MINI plan remain valid until December 31, 2025.
• Exclusive discount opportunity. Existing customers can access a 50% discount on annual MINI and MIDI plans until December 31, 2026. The discount code is available in your account dashboard.

After the Transition Period:

• From January 1, 2026, a ZebraSign plan will be required to sign documents and access advanced features. However, viewing and downloading previously uploaded documents will remain available even without a paid plan.
• The MINI plan will be enhanced with new features and will transition to a symbolic monthly fee. Details on new features are available here.
• All previously purchased one-time signatures will remain accessible with any paid plan.

For New ZebraSign Users

New users can continue to enjoy a 14-day free trial of the MAXI plan. After the trial, users can select the paid plan that best fits their needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still use one-time signatures?

Yes. All one-time signatures purchased under the MINI plan remain valid until December 31, 2025. After this date, they will be available with any paid plan. One-time signatures for MIDI, MAXI, and Corporate plans continue to work as usual.

Will I be able to access my documents without a paid plan?

Yes. All previously signed documents can be downloaded or deleted even without an active paid plan.

Can I continue using the MINI plan for free?

Yes, if you registered before the pricing change, you can use the MINI plan under the same conditions until December 31, 2025. After this date, the MINI plan will require a monthly fee.
