Yes, you can easily configure the desired document signing process and its participants in the ZebraSign platform. In the platform, you can choose whether the document will be delivered to the process participants simultaneously or sequentially, specify the contact email addresses of the process participants and their roles. If you only have the contact email address of the representative of the signatory, then give him/her the role of Agent and the representative will have the possibility to complete the signing process himself/herself, so that there will never be a need for transferring the document to another system or for printing it to obtain a signature.
The status of documents after they have been sent is visible in the overall list of documents. The status is updated according to the actions of the participants in the proceedings. ZebraSign informs you of status changes by email. Additionally, when creating a document, it is possible to select the frequency and number of times reminders will be sent to the process participants regarding pending signatures.
With ZebraSign, you can sign documents in a variety of formats, and depending on the document you upload, the platform will suggest the most suitable format for the signed document – PDF or container (ADOC, ASIC).
No, a mobile signature or SMART ID is not required to use ZebraSign. As well as signing and storing documents on the ZebraSign platform, you can also sign with a simple electronic signature that does not require a mobile signature or Smart ID.
