How do I upgrade to a higher plan?

Upgrading depends on your current subscription. If you’re on a monthly plan, you can switch to an annual or higher-tier plan at any time. Changes will take effect immediately.

Can I use ZebraSign on my phone?

Will my subscription renew automatically?

That depends on your chosen payment method. You have two options:

  • One-time payment: Your plan will not auto-renew. Once it expires, your account will switch to the free plan. To keep using premium features, you’ll need to renew manually.
  • Recurring subscription: Your plan will be renewed automatically for the same duration. Just make sure your bank account has sufficient funds to avoid interruptions. If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

You’ll receive reminders via email and in-app notifications before your plan expires.

Are my documents safe with ZebraSign?

It’s easy! Simply create a business account and enter your company details in the account settings. From then on, all invoices will be automatically issued in your company’s name, with the necessary information for accounting purposes.
