Does the client need an account or an app?
No. The client scans the code with their phone camera, enters their name and email, confirms it with a code and signs. Nothing to install.
What can the client fill in?
Any fields you mark in the form: text, date, number, a choice from a list, checkboxes. For example a phone number, date of birth, contraindications or consent to receive news.
Do I need an A4 poster?
No. An A4 poster is ready if you simply want to print it. You can also download the QR code itself and use it on any flyer, sticker, business card or website.
Is this signature valid?
It is a handwritten electronic signature, and the signed document is sealed with a qualified timestamp, so it cannot be changed afterwards. If the law requires a qualified signature for your document, signers from the Baltic states can sign with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID – that is done by sending the document, not via QR.
How much does it cost?
QR code signing is included in the Team and Business plans. Team is from €54.98/month with one user, billed annually, excluding VAT. You can try it free for seven days.
